What visitors say about the resort

The praise is for proximity to Madrid and Segovia, which makes a day trip easy and lets visitors combine skiing with the villages nearby. The slopes themselves are described as good, and the resort is a sound place for a family's first contact with snow. In summer and autumn mountain bikers and outdoor enthusiasts value it too. Average scores sit around four out of five, and it retains a loyal community of regulars.

Management is what draws the criticism. The operating company entered insolvency proceedings in July 2026 with debts of roughly 1.78 million euros; under its stewardship the resort managed around fifteen open days a season, against forty-five to ninety previously. It is not formally closed, but operation is irregular and grooming inconsistent. In January 2026 a chairlift breakdown forced the evacuation of about a hundred and forty people, twenty-five of them children.
