Trail information
Nekrasovo stands in the Tula region, about two hours from Moscow, on the side of a river valley. The vertical is thirty-five metres, there are four lifts, and nearly all the runs are easy - the area is built for families and first steps. The snow is entirely manmade and the floodlights work in the evening. Besides the slopes there is tubing and a skating rink.

What visitors say about the resort
Geography is the strong point: a quarter of an hour from Tula, about ninety minutes from Moscow. The slopes are wide and gentle with a separate teaching run, so beginners are not buzzed by faster skiers and families can ski together. Parking is free and roomy. On site there is a heated changing room, rental and a canteen, and staff are described as friendly. The park runs year-round, with karting alongside winter skiing.
Uphill capacity is the sore point: one working drag lift serves several slopes, and a queue builds by evening. On the tubing hill it got to the point where a paid hour bought three descents and the rest was spent standing, and the tube does not always catch the tow first time. Lift passes attract complaints - the reader works intermittently and one card is issued per two people. The hotel is called scruffy and noisy.
