Weather at Bridger Bowl

Weather at Bridger Bowl: a six-day forecast for three elevations of the mountain. Temperature, precipitation, wind and cloud cover from MET Norway. Updated several times a day.

What the weather at Bridger Bowl is usually like

The ski area runs from 1,859 to 2,652 m above sea level - a 793 m vertical. In February the daytime average is -2 °C at the base and -7 °C at the summit. Plan for that 5 °C gap: what feels right at the base will be cold up top.

Average daytime highs at the summit stay below freezing from November through March. Last season brought 496 cm of snow here. The snowiest month was February: 140 cm over 12 days with snowfall. The snowpack was deepest in April, at roughly 197 cm. These are observations from a single season, not a long-term norm: a snowy year here can be twice a lean one.

The season usually runs from 5 December to 28 March.

By March the base is around 3 °C while the summit still holds -2 °C: on days like that, start early and stay high. Based on monthly averages and the resort elevations. For the coming days, see the forecast above.
