Gitschberg/Maranza - Jochtal/Valles is a small ski resort in Südtirol (Italy). Its notable share of challenging runs makes it appealing to confident skiers and freeriders.
Worth knowing
The ski area rises from 1 300 to 2 500 m, with a vertical drop of 1 200 m. This vertical drop allows you to ski from top to bottom without changing lifts and noticeably changes the conditions during the descent. The upper pistes are high up, so snow lasts longer than on the nearby lower slopes. The season usually runs from 5 December to 11 April.

The resort has 18 km of intermediate, 27 km of difficult and 9 km of expert pistes. A total of 25 pistes are marked.
