La Plagne- this is a paradise for skiers, where they can make their dreams come true. With 225 km of pistes, this ski resort offers a wealth of villages, snowparks and slopes in a remarkable and varied skiing paradise. Seventy percent of the ski resort is located above 2000 m above sea level, guaranteeing exceptional snow reliability.
At the La Plagne ski resort, guests are transported by modern, comfortable lifts. Almost half of the chairlifts are high-speed detachable lifts. However, they do not have weather protection or heated seats. The connection to Les Arcs is provided by the 200-person, double-decker aerial tramway Vanoise Express. La Plagne offers a wide variety of slopes. Most slopes are easy or intermediate. There are also many difficult slopes for experts and off-piste skiing. The slopes start at an elevation of 3250 m. At the top, on Bellecôte Glacier, snow conditions are first-class and the views are heavenly. However, the forested clearings in the lower areas also beckon skiers. Those looking for even more variety can take the aerial tramway to Les Arcs.

Criticism focuses on the development - the high-rise buildings at 2000 m are described as characterless - and on the resort being split into around ten separate villages.
