The beautiful village of Lermoos, with magnificent views of Zugspitze, lies on a high plateau in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena at an altitude of 1,000 m. The ski resort is also very popular with day visitors from nearby towns.

Sunny, snow-sure slopes and magnificent views of Zugspitze attract winter sports enthusiasts to the resort. Slopes of all difficulty levels offer plenty of variety. There are also Familyjet slopes, which are very suitable for beginners and children. Familyjet is also considered the shortest 8-person gondola in Austria.

The resort uses modern lifts, but also has older drag lifts. Since the 2013/2014 season, the new 10-person Grubig II gondola, with heated seats, has taken guests to the summit.
