Lianhuashan Ski Resort is the only ski resort in Beijing's Shunyi District. It is located on the slopes of Lianhua Hill (Lotus Hill), in the eponymous Lianhuashan scenic area in Shunyi, approximately 30 km northeast of Beijing Airport. Lianhuashan Ski Resort is near Yuyang Ski Resort in Pinggu District.

Several interesting attractions are scattered along the route from central Beijing to Lianhuashan Ski Resort, including Chunhuiyuan Hot Spring Resort, the wartime tunnel site in Jiaozhuanghu Village and Beijing Yanjing Brewery.
