The Olympic ski resort of Whistler Blackcomb consists of two mountains: Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain. The two mountains are connected by the Peak 2 Peak gondola (3S funicular). It is the largest ski resort in Canada, with slopes of all difficulty levels and a great village with everything visitors could want.

The village is praised for being pedestrian-friendly and lively, with restaurants for every budget.
The main complaint is the weather: the coastal location means rain at the bottom when it is snowing higher up, while visibility disappears in the clouds. Another issue is lift queues at weekends and the prices of everything. Visitors also complain about the road from Vancouver, which is sometimes closed in winter.
