Bormio- a small ski resort in Lombardy, Italy. Its significant share of difficult pistes makes it appealing to confident skiers and freeriders.
Good to know
The ski area rises from 1,200 to 3,017 m, with a vertical drop of 1,787 m. This drop allows skiers to descend from top to bottom without changing lifts and brings noticeable changes in conditions during the run. The upper pistes are high, so snow lasts longer than on the nearby lower slopes. The season usually runs from 4 December to 11 April.

The resort has 16 km of intermediate, 22 km of difficult and 12 km of expert pistes. There are 30 marked pistes in total.
