CairnGorm Mountain is a favourite destination for winter sports enthusiasts in Scotland! Located in the heart of Cairngorm National Park, the ski resort has more than 30 km of pistes and also boasts phenomenal panoramic views from an elevation of more than 1,066 m. With 35 different pistes in the ski area, every skier will find something to suit them. Everything you could need for a perfect day is here. You can visit the equipment rental centre, where our friendly staff will be ready to provide everything you need for a fun day, or drop into The Snow School if you would like to take skiing lessons.
All the pistes at the resort are wide and varied. They can be reached using 11 lifts, including the UK's highest funicular railway. The funicular railway is available both to winter sports enthusiasts and to those who simply want to enjoy a meal in Scotland's highest restaurant and visit our shops. In addition to the pistes themselves, there is a wide range of freestyle areas scattered throughout the ski area. Skiers and snowboarders can test their skills at Shieling Shred or in the freestyle park.
