Oberjoch (Bad Hindelang) - Iseler

Since the 2015/2016 season, new modern chairlifts have provided access to the slopes along the Oberjoch pass. The ski resort on Iseler was completely modernized in 2015, and guests now have access to 4 weather-protected chairlifts. In addition, considerable investment has been made in snowmaking equipment so that you can ski here on long, snow-reliable slopes. The ski resort is located directly in Oberjoch. Germany's highest ski village belongs to the municipality of Bad Hindelang. The ski resort offers excellent facilities for families, including Schneekinderland, a children's snow area, as well as other children's areas. The resort also has many kilometres of cross-country trails below Iseler.

At Oberjoch, skiers of all ability levels will find suitable slopes. The 8-seater Schwanden lift and the Idealhang lift are ideal for beginners. Intermediate skiers have numerous red runs spread throughout the ski resort. Advanced skiers can ski the runs below the Iseler lift or the Wiedhag lift. The black ATA run is usually reserved for racing teams. All slopes at the resort face predominantly north.

Additional features

When leaving the mountain station of the Iseler lift, the medium-difficulty Iselerkar ski route leads to Gundhang. Additional ski routes lead towards Waldschneise, a wooded area. One branches into the short and steep "Steilschneise" ski route, while another leads to the longer "Ochsenalpe". The Wiedhagalpe ski run starts at the Wiedhag Alpe ski hut.

There is a valley descent from the slopes. All slopes lead to the top of the pass at the Oberjoch ski resort.

Longest run

The longest descent here is Forest Trail, 2.5 km long with a vertical drop of 400 m. Waldschneise is the longest run at the ski resort - 2.5 km. It starts at the Iseler lift. Snowparks

Night skiing

Night skiing is available at the ski resort.

Since the 2015/2016 season, Oberjoch ski resort has had the most modern lifts. Almost all of the old drag lifts have been replaced by modern weather-protected 8- and 6-seater chairlifts. As a result, the entire resort now has weather-protected chairlifts. The Schwanden, Grenzwies and Wiedhag chairlifts are equipped with child safety bars and heated seats.
