Worth knowing

The Zettersfeld ski resort is located above the traditional sunny East Tyrolean town of Lienz. Its south-facing location and elevation have earned it a reputation as a true "sun terrace", even when the valley is shrouded in fog. You can also enjoy impressive views of the Lienz Dolomites, the Lienz basin and the Drava Valley (Drautal).

Lifts and pistes

A gondola takes winter sports enthusiasts from the valley to the ski resort. A mountain road also leads to Zettersfeld and the Faschingalmbahn lift. Chairlifts and drag lifts provide access to the main easy and intermediate pistes below Schoberkopfl (2278 m). The Funslope and children's area offer extra entertainment for younger winter sports enthusiasts.
