Ski resorts in Argentina

1 resort

Argentine resorts operate from June to October and are located in Patagonia, along the eastern slopes of the Andes. The mountains here are lower than those in Chile, but the forest reaches the pistes, while the ski areas overlook glacial lakes.

Cerro Catedral Alta Patagonia near San Carlos de Bariloche is the largest resort in South America: around fifty kilometres of pistes, a 1,000 m vertical drop, and a town with hotels and restaurants twenty minutes from the lifts.
