Espace Diamant - Les Saisies/Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe/Praz sur Arly/Flumet/Crest-Voland

The Espace Diamant was assembled in 2005 from five sectors on either side of the Col des Saisies: Praz-sur-Arly, Flumet, Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe and Crest-Voland in the Arly valley, with Les Saisies and Hauteluce over the pass in the Beaufortain. The altitudes are modest and the runs alternate between spruce forest and wide alpine meadow. Les Saisies hosted the cross-country events of the 1992 Albertville Olympics, and the trails around the village date from then. Nearly all the base stations are on the ski-bus network, so the area can be crossed without relying on the lift links.
