Galtür is known as a particularly family-friendly and snow-sure ski resort offering a wide range of skiing experiences. The winter sports area lies in the heart of the Silvretta mountain range, surrounded by numerous 3,000 m peaks. In the 2007/2008 winter season, Galtür ski resort presented SILVAPARK - a unique snowpark concept with 6 sectors. Extensive areas for children (sectors 01 and 02), exciting fun parks for young people and sporty adults (sector 03), attractive freeride stations in the Hero area (sector 04), excellent ski pistes for alpine skiers and racing snowboarders (sector 05), as well as optimal cross-country trails and tours for ski tourers and ski touring enthusiasts (sector 06). This makes a visit to SILVAPARK Galtür unforgettable.

Good to know

Silvapark Galtür ski resort offers well-groomed slopes of all difficulty levels. Most slopes are intermediate. Attractive black slopes and pistes challenge experienced skiers. Easy slopes and a training area round out the offering. A weekly night-skiing session is an additional highlight.

Silvapark Galtür also offers attractive park stations. The park stations are divided into 6 sectors. “Zwergerlwelt” and “Abenteurland” are designed for children. “Actionpark” is for young people and adults and offers a speed measurement course, a snowpark and the Yippy Yeah course. “Heldenbereich” is for freeriders. "Pistenparadies" includes a variety of challenging slopes. The High & Nordic sector is designed for cross-country skiers and ski tourers. Everyone will find something here!

Night skiing

Night skiing is available at the ski resort.

Most slopes in Galtür are accessible by modern high-speed lifts and chairlifts. Tow lifts complete the offering. The valley has a training area with tow lifts and a cable car. In the 2016/2017 season, the ski resort was expanded to include a 10-person gondola, providing access to additional attractive slopes. Four themed gondola cars on the Breitspitz lift bring the journey to life with legends, traditions and interesting facts about the family-friendly village of Galtür. Children will also enjoy the child-friendly access to the lifts.
