The praise is for the calm and the convenience: the lifts sit at the top of the village next to a large free car park, with rental, ski school and somewhere to eat in the same place, so there is no need to drive down at midday. Instructors from the local school are described as patient and capable, especially with children, and the kids' park gets its own mention. The pistes are called attractive, and the main chairlift serves technically demanding runs plus freeride lines.
Snow is the first complaint: the slopes catch a lot of sun, natural cover is thin, and without the snow guns skiing is often impossible. The lifts are slow, and guests remember the pass readers failing and holding up loading. There are only a few runs, enough for beginners and children. Bar prices are called inflated, and almost every extra, from the children's playground to the magic carpet, has to be paid for.
