San Domenico di Varzo

San Domenico di Varzo- a small ski resort in the Piemonte region (Italy). A notable proportion of challenging runs makes it appealing to confident skiers and freeriders.

Worth knowing

The ski area rises from 1,420 to 2,550 m, with a vertical drop of 1,130 m. This vertical allows you to ski from top to bottom without changing lifts and noticeably changes the conditions during the descent. The upper pistes are high, so snow lasts longer than on the nearby lower slopes. The season usually runs from 26 December to 15 April.

The resort has 2 km of easy, 3 km of intermediate, 13 km of difficult and 14 km of expert pistes. There are 18 marked pistes in total.
