The Bellwald ski resort is located in Goms (Switzerland, Lake Geneva region, Valais (Wallis)). The resort also has 5 lifts.

Bellwald is located on a sunny plateau in the Valais Alps, at an altitude of 1,600 m. It is the highest ski resort in Goms. A small cable lift runs from the village of Fürgangen to Bellwald. The Bellwald ski resort has been awarded the “Family Welcome” label because it pays particular attention to its young guests.

Worth knowing

The slopes at Bellwald ski resort are mostly very wide and well groomed. In the lower section, the slopes run through the forest to the base station. Above the Fleschen middle station, the slopes cross areas above the treeline. Most of the slopes are intermediate. Easy slopes are located in the lower section, while intermediate and difficult slopes are higher up. The panorama from the slopes is unique. You can even see the Matterhorn when the weather is clear.

The Brinest-Grischumma piste is located in the upper part of the ski resort.

The Bellwald ski resort is served by 2 detachable high-speed chairlifts. A detachable double chairlift runs from the base station to the Fleschen middle station. A detachable four-seater chairlift runs from there to the summit. There are two additional lifts near the middle station. Hasenland Snowli has a magic carpet. A small cable lift runs to Bellwald from the base station in Fürgangen.
