What visitors say about the resort
Sinaia is valued for its vertical drop: the lift from 800 to 2000 m is one of the largest in Romania, and the upper pistes hold snow for longer. Visitors praise Peleș Castle below and the prices.
The lifts are a common complaint: the gondola is old and often out of service, while the morning queue is long. The second issue is that the pistes are poorly prepared and have little signage. Visitors also complain about fog on the upper plateau.
