The ski area rises from 1 050 to 2 250 m, with a vertical drop of 1 200 m. This vertical drop allows you to ski from top to bottom without changing lifts and noticeably changes the conditions during the descent. The season usually runs from 5 December to 11 April.

The praise is for the rebuild: with the new ten-seat gondola and modern chairs, Cima Bianca is reached in about ten minutes instead of the old thirty, and almost every review mentions it. The pistes are described as wide, superbly groomed and genuinely interesting for intermediates and strong skiers, while heavy snowmaking keeps cover in place through lean spells. For midweek skiing many now call Colere the best option in the Bergamo mountains.
Prices and service draw criticism: the day pass is considered expensive even when only a couple of runs are open, and the holiday tariff more so. Parking is charged, unpaved, muddy and unfenced. The mountain huts are old and dear for what they serve, with a single bar keeping short hours. Ticket staff are called rude and the pass app frequently fails to open the turnstiles. When one run is open, admission is not capped and the slope turns chaotic.
