Floodlighting and snowmaking keep the runs skiable through poor winters, this is the largest linked ski area in the Klodzko region, and the nursery slopes work well for children and beginners. Accommodation sits right by the lifts.

Crowding is the loudest complaint: on weekends the pistes are packed from morning to night, queues are enormous and ski schools push in ahead of everyone, which breeds arguments and makes skiing feel unsafe. Some hardware is dated - skiers want drag lifts replaced by chairs, the Zmija lift is overdue for renewal and the Proca lift has stood idle for years. By evening the snow is scraped into ice and moguls, and night-skiing preparation is called poor. Lift pass prices are seen as high, and the newly introduced paid parking as squeezing the last penny.
