Kouty nad Desnou

Kouty ski resort offers comfortable, safe skiing and the longest ski slope in Moravia. The new 3050 m-long easy piste, with a vertical drop of 520 m, is particularly appealing to families with children. Two other 2 km-long pistes are intermediate, with varying gradients and a vertical drop of more than 500 m. Two further slopes have a vertical drop of 100 m. The total length of the ski pistes, 11.5 km, makes Kouty one of the best resorts among the ski resorts of Moravia.

Children and beginners can use the magic carpet at the Heliaschool ski school. There are also well-groomed cross-country trails at elevations of 1100 - 1300 m, with the option of visiting the upper reservoir at Dluhe-Strane. Skiers and snowboarders can test themselves in two freeride areas.

There is a pleasant snack bar with all amenities at the top station of the aerial tramway. Kouty Apartments offer accommodation for 180 people in the area.
