Golm is a ski resort in the Vorarlberg region (Austria). Most of the skiing is on intermediate runs - a profile that suits most skiers.

What visitors say about the resort
The praise is for wide, easy-to-read pistes and meticulous grooming: lift capacity is adequate, so queues barely form. The long valley run down to Vandans gets special mention - early in the morning it takes calm, wide carving turns. The resort is rated a good family choice, with a kindergarten on the mountain and a friendly ski school, and the view towards the Sulzfluh and Schesaplana is called one of the finest in the Montafon.
Pricing draws the criticism: dynamic tariffs irritate people most, the discount in bad weather is token, and there is no multi-day ticket for Golm alone. Rebooking rules are called unfriendly and mountain restaurant prices exorbitant. The area is small and confident skiers run out of terrain quickly, and the valley run is narrow in places. In winter the summer attractions such as the alpine coaster are shut, so there is little to do beyond skiing.
