This ski resort, located at the entrance to the Chamonix Valley, is ideal for families and beginners. Pleasant pistes on gentle slopes facing different directions provide 360-degree views of various mountain ranges. The ski resort also offers technically challenging slopes, such as the famous "La Verte des Houches", where the world's best skiers tested their skills during the Kandahar race in February 2012.

Good to know

The Prarion cable car ski area has slopes for all levels of ability. Most slopes are easy or intermediate, and most lead through wide forest corridors to the base of the mountain. Bellevue and Prarion offer magnificent views of the Chamonix Valley and Mont Blanc.

Total: 55 km

The resort has 133 snow cannons for snowmaking

There are valley runs from the slopes. Valley runs with snowmaking facilities lead to Les Houches, the Bellevue cable car and the Prarion gondola lift. There is no valley run in Saint-Gervais.

The fastest way to reach the ski resort from the valley is the 8-person Les Houches-Prarion gondola lift. An additional cable car takes guests to Bellevue. The ski resort itself has 8 four-seat chairlifts and several lifts with fewer seats. Unfortunately, the chairlifts do not have protective bubbles. From Saint-Gervais, you can take the rack railway Tramway du Mont Blanc to Col de Voza (departing every hour). However, you will need to purchase a separate tram ticket.
