Mátraszentistván Sipark

The Mátraszentistván ski resort is set on a high-quality grassy slope. A variety of slopes for all ability levels, along with features that complement the beautiful panorama, such as bridges, log cabins and lakes, make skiing here unforgettable. Thanks to developments in recent years, it has become the most family-friendly ski resort in the country.

Intensive development in the Ski Park area over the past 10 years has brought new and modern lifts. There are now 8 modern lifts serving the ski slopes, including 2 new lifts made by the renowned Austrian company Doppelmayr, whose lifts are familiar to many skiers on the Alps. Platter lifts are also very popular here because they are easy to use. All 8 lifts have a convenient stepless speed regulator, known as a frequency converter, which adjusts the lift speed perfectly to the skiers' current needs. The total capacity of the 8 lifts is 7,310 people per hour.
