Skei ski resort is located about 30 km from Lillehammer. A high-speed detachable 8-seat chairlift with weather protection takes guests from the base station to the summit of Skei at 1123 m - one of the highest elevations in the region. The professional ski school offers training in all disciplines, including alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, telemark skiing and snowboarding. Other activities, such as dog sledding, horse-drawn sleigh rides, sled rides and snowshoe tours, are also available at the resort.

Good to know

Skei mainly offers easy and intermediate pistes on mostly treeless slopes. However, there are also two difficult slopes.

70 snow cannons cover 60% of the pistes.

The slopes include a descent to the valley.
