What visitors say about the resort
St. Moritz is praised for its sunshine and Engadin air: more than 300 clear days per season, a dry climate and panoramas over the lakes. Visitors highlight Corviglia's wide, well-groomed pistes and the fact that queues are rare even in high season.
Criticism focuses on the prices and the atmosphere. The resort is described as a showcase where skiing is not the main attraction: restaurants and shops are more expensive than the Alpine average, and the clientele is distinctive. Visitors also complain that the ski area is divided into several unconnected sectors, requiring travel between them by bus or train.
