Tandådalen/Hundfjället (Sälen)

The Tandådalen/Hundfjället ski resort is part of the Sälen ski region. It is operated by SkiStar, the largest ski resort company in Scandinavia. The two ski areas, Tandådalen and Hundfjället, are connected by a lift. Pistes for all ability levels are located mainly below the tree line. This winter sports resort is particularly popular with families and beginners.

The Tandådalen/Hundfjället ski resort has pistes for all ability levels, from wide, gentle slopes to intermediate and challenging runs. Both ski areas offer a wide range of options for skiers of all abilities. The slopes lead through forest clearings into the valleys. The two ski areas are connected by a long, flat slope. Access is operated by pressing a button in both directions, so it is relatively easy to get from one ski area to the other.

80% of the slopes have snowmaking.

The slopes include runs down to the valley.

Ravinbacke, Trollskogen, Barnbacken (Hundfjället). Length: 2.5 km. Vertical drop: 215 m

Väggen (Hundfjället). Length: 0.7 km. Vertical drop: 145 m.

Stjärnfjallet (Tandådalen). Length: 0.8 km. Vertical drop: 180 m.

The ski resort offers night skiing.

The Hundfjället and Tandådalen ski areas have chairlifts. You will also find button lifts and magic carpets in the beginner and children's areas.
