Ski resorts in Bitterroot Range

3 resorts

The Bitterroot Range runs along the Idaho-Montana border and remains one of the least crowded ski areas in the United States. The resorts here are small and lack surrounding resort infrastructure, but lift lines are practically nonexistent.

Lookout Pass sits right on the pass at the state border and receives more than 10 m of snow per season. Silver Mountain is known for North America's longest gondola, while Maverick Mountain in Montana operates just a few days a week.
