Elm ski resort has state-of-the-art ski lifts carrying visitors to an altitude of up to 2,105 m above sea level. Whether you enjoy skiing, snowboarding or freeriding, Elm offers something for everyone, with more than 40 km of snow-sure, varied and well-groomed slopes. The winter sports area is well known for its spacious, welcoming ski huts, toboggan run and large children's area at Ämpächli. The landscape is highly appealing and makes skiing a pleasure. The view of Martinsloch from Elm ski resort is one of the best.

Good to know

Elm ski resort offers a variety of slopes, from easy to challenging. The upper area mainly has intermediate slopes above the treeline, so there are also plenty of opportunities for freeriding. Most of the slopes face south and receive plenty of sunshine.

Additional features

There are two ungroomed pistes: the Black Hill slope and the Bergli valley run

Thirty-three snow cannons cover 50% of the slopes.

There are valley runs from the slopes. Three valley runs lead to the base station of the gondola lift. The black Steinibach valley run passes through highly appealing scenery. The blue-red valley run starts at Ämpächli.

Longest run

The longest run here is Steinböden-Elm, 8 km long, with a vertical drop of 1,085 m. From the highest point at the Pleus two-seat lift to the base in Elm.

Most challenging slope

The most challenging run is the Steinibach valley run, 4 km long, with a vertical drop of 900 m. From the Bischof mountain station to the base in Elm.

There is no halfpipe.

A six-person gondola lift carries visitors from the base to the ski resort at an altitude of 1,020 m. The six-person Schabell high-speed detachable chairlift then quickly takes visitors up to 2,036 m. Other lifts include a double lift, two drag lifts and magic carpets at the Kinder Arena children's area.
