The ski resort in Surselva connects the slopes on Pez d'Artgas (2785 m). The lifts at the winter sports resort mostly rise above the forest between the villages of Brigels, Waltensburg and Andiast. The wide, well-groomed slopes for skiing and snowboarding offer extensive panoramas and the clean mountain air of Graubünden. The slopes are very sunny, in keeping with the slogan “Where the sun loves to shine”. A snowpark and a race piste provide plenty of fun at the ski resort. Toboggan runs, snowmobiles, snowmobiles and winter hiking trails between Brigels, Waltensburg and Andiast offer alternatives to skiing. Various mountain restaurants and bars at the winter sports resort have something for every taste.
Good to know
Sunny slopes, extensive scenery and plenty of space on very wide slopes are the defining features of Brigels/Waltensburg/Andiast. Intermediate slopes predominate here. There are also some easy and difficult slopes, while the large untracked powder areas provide plenty of variety.

There is a valley run from the slopes. The valley run leads to the base stations in Brigels and Waltensburg.

The longest run here is Mountain station Fil - valley station Waltensburg, 7 km long, with a vertical drop of 1316 m.
Most difficult piste
La Nera. Length: 2.5 km. Vertical drop: 539 m.

Additional offers
In Brigels, you can ride a 400-horsepower PistenBully. Local ski instructor Aluis Cathomen offers a fun ski programme for skiers over 60 under the motto "Mit weißem Haar die Pisten runter" (down the slopes with white hair).
Night skiing
The ski resort offers night skiing.
You can reach the highest point of the ski resort at 2418 m in just 20 minutes from the base stations in Brigels or Waltensburg. High-speed four-seater chairlifts run from Brigels and Waltensburg to the ski resort. The Waltensburg chairlift has an intermediate station. At this station, you change to another high-speed four-seater aerial lift, which rises to almost 2400 m. The highest point at 2418 m can be reached by T-bar lift. A double chairlift, another T-bar lift, as well as surface lifts and people movers complete the offering.
