Ski resorts in Fiemme Mountains
The Fiemme Mountains are the southern part of the Dolomites, with the Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa valleys in Trentino. The region is known for more than alpine skiing: the cross-country trails at Lago di Tesero have hosted World Championships, and the tracks here run right along the valley floor.
Latemar unites three ski areas under a single lift pass and is renowned for its grooming. San Martino di Castrozza stands beneath the walls of Pale di San Martino, while Alpe Cermis hosts the final ascent of the Tour de Ski.
