Gaustablikk ski centre is located at the foot of 1,883 m Gaustatoppen, the highest mountain in southern Norway. Several slopes are floodlit and also open for night skiing. Gaustablikk ski centre is the largest ski resort in the Telemark region.
Good to know
Gaustablikk ski centre has slopes for all ability levels. Intermediate and advanced slopes are located at Gaustablikkekspressen and Skipsheisen, while easier slopes are spread throughout the ski resort. Superb forest runs extend down the mountain towards the valley. Fjellheisen also provides skiing between the cliffs. There is a ski route from Gaustatoppen to the valley.

Connection information
The Gaustabanen base station (a lift that travels through the mountain) on Gaustatoppen is not accessible via a ski slope. However, you can reach the ski resort's slopes from the summit of Gaustatoppen.

Gaustablikk ski centre has two modern four-seater chairlifts providing access to most of the slopes. The ski resort also has T-bar lifts. A historic underground funicular from the Second World War still operates at the summit of Gaustatoppen.
