The Alpine Olympic ski resort from the 1988 Games continues to welcome winter sports enthusiasts for skiing and snowboarding every year. The resort is just a 45-minute drive from Calgary. Nakiska ski resort is known primarily for its high-speed lifts and well-groomed slopes. A large snowpark completes the offering. Nakiska winter sports resort also offers magnificent panoramic views of the Canadian Rockies.
