What visitors say about the resort

Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis is almost always described in reviews as Austria's best family resort. Visitors praise the underground metro to the lifts, children's areas, car-free village and grooming quality: wide blue and red pistes at elevations from 1,200 to 2,800 m.

The complaints are predictable for a family resort: there is little truly challenging terrain, and confident skiers may find it boring by the third day. The other common complaint is the price: both the lift pass and accommodation are above the Tyrol average. During peak season, visitors mention crowds at Fiss's lower lifts.
