The Bakuriani ski resort is located at an elevation of 1,700 m above sea level on the northern slope of the Trialeti Range, at the foot of the spectacular Caucasus Mountains and 180 km north of the capital, Tbilisi. With long winters lasting 4-5 months, the resort is a paradise for skiers and snowboarders. It is also an excellent place for children to take part in winter sports and activities. This is the best four-season mountain resort, an ideal place for a holiday as well as for sports and nature lovers. The modern, well-developed Didveli ski area (1861 m) and the oldest Kokhta ski area (2155 m) are among Bakuriani's highlights. A variety of ski pistes for all ability levels provide maximum enjoyment.
